JJCCF Video – “It’s Our Story”
The story of how our organization started, who it serves and its mission. The Foundation was created in 2004 shortly after Sandra Muvdi lost her only child to cancer. Its mission is to help children and their families fight cancer by providing emergency financial assistance and supportive care services. While the diagnosis of cancer presents an immediate medical and emotional crisis for families, many people are unaware of the financial crisis most families face while struggling to support a child fighting for their life. Providing basic human necessities such as payments for rent, medical, electricity and gift cards for gas/food allows families to focus on the child’s survival; giving them the best chance for overcoming this deadly disease. Advocacy, emotional support and respite options encompass our supportive care services for families served. Please take a moment to visit our website today at www.JJCCF.org.
