It gives me great pleasure to write this letter in support of the Jessica June Children’s Cancer Foundation. I have known Ms. Sandra Muvdi, president and founder of the Foundation, for over 17 years. During that period of time, I have been honored to serve the Foundation as a volunteer, donor and board member.
Over those 35 years, I have served on the boards of directors of numerous charitable organizations, as well as having observed and examined the internal operations of thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of 501(c)(3) nonprofits. From that perspective, I cannot think of one that is better run, nor one that better serves the needs of its community than the Jessica June Children’s Cancer Foundation.
Sandra Muvdi is an incredibly dynamic, ethical and dedicated leader. She has devoted her entire adult life to serving the children and families of South Florida who have been impacted by childhood cancer. The Jessica June Children’s Cancer Foundation is a total reflection of that dynamism and of her ethical leadership.
